I just received this jacket. I'd been unable to find my correct size in the Mountain Hardware store in Portland. It is a relatively light weight jacket that will be very useful during my many travels. The fact that it is waterproof makes it even more attractive. I am very excited to have it and cannot wait for my next trip.

As someone who walks and takes the bus to work in Colorado, having a versatile and reliable winter jacket is very important to me. I love the insulation and wind protection this jacket provides. The hood/neckline is big enough to allow me to wear a gaiter and a hat underneath, and the ventilation zippers are nice when skiing or if it is warmer outside. Overall the jacket is functional yet stylized enough as not to be too bulky. The pockets are a little high, the shoulders and arms could be slimmed down a bit and the angled cuffs make the sleeves feel short. If you are planning on wearing anything bulky underneath I would say it fits a little snug. I am 5'3"/110lbs and I found the sleeves of the XS too short and the waist tight.

I LOVE THIS SYNCHRONICITY JACKET!
This Mountain Hardwear Synchronicity jacket is the finest, warmest most rain and snow resistant jacket I have! I love it! The construction is amazing with taped seems to keep out moisture. The pit zips are terrific! The styling is great! At first I wondered if the hood would be too large, but it lays perfectly. I am a medium and the medium fit just right. It's down, but the down is on the inside, so the outside is a smooth and fashionable fit. I can't say enough good things about this jacket. I have several Mountain Hardwear jackets and love them all! BUT, this is now my FAVORITE! Thank you Mountain Hardwear, you did it again!

Love this jacket. Jacket was very warm. I am a 50+ old female and comfort and warmth are major issues when skiing. Sometimes down jackets are puffy - not this one! It is lightweight and you are able to move freely and easily.

Worth every penny
This jacket is warm, waterproof, lightweight, easy to pack, and breathable with the underarm zippers. I've biked in the rain in 26 degree weather with the underarm zippers opened and just a t-shirt underneath and was perfectly warm. The hand pocket zippers feel awkwardly high sometimes when trying to quickly retrieve keys or something, but that's not an issue. I spent days trying to decide on a nice down jacket and I finally decided on this one and have no regrets. Also, it's not too puffy so you don't look like a marshmallow.
