Great little pack for trail running
I bought the Dart to have an extra water bottle for trail running. It keeps the bottle from bouncing around, and has a little pocket for keys, some food, etc. But it isn't a big pocket! The bottle pouch doesn't have a cinch to keep the bottle in place, but it does have a lip of cloth inside the pouch that "grabs" the bottle quite effectively. I ran up and down almost 10000 vertical ft for its first run, and the bottle stayed firmly in place.

Pleased ...
I have to say I am pleased with my purchase of this belt. I use it for xc skiing and it does its job. I like that it is made from recycled materials, and it is easy to get to the water bottle. I would have hoped for a larger pocket (zipped) but it is actually big enough to carry two gels and a Cliff bar. Maybe some bungy cords to attach an extra piece of clothing on the outside would have made it perfect ....

Overall, I would recommend this product. The belt is easy to adjust so that it fits comfortably, and the padding prevents any uncomfortable rubbing when the water bottle is full. The only drawback is that the zippered pouch compartment is very small, so that all you can fit in there are a cellphone and your keys and nothing else. The water bottle holds enough water for a lengthy run - I usually run for about 2 1/2 hours or longer each session. Drinking from the bottle takes some getting used to because to get a drink, you need to suck on the cap like a baby sucks on a bottle. In a way, this is a good thing because the cap in effect rations the amount of water you get with each sip, so your water lasts longer than if you were thirstily gulping.
