great for maintaining high electrolyte intake
I have a medical condition that requires me to maintain a high fluid/electrolyte intake - these are cheaper and healthier than other electrolyte drinks, and taste good. I've used at least several tablets most days, for several months, and feel much better when I do use them - they seem to have contributed a lot to my improvement during this time.

Tastes great, with out the sugar
Nuun is fantastic! It's easy to use, it's economical, it tastes great, and it's not loaded with sugar like the "ades". You will definitely notice a difference in how your body feels during and post workout.

Hydrating and Tasty
I love this product esp. the flavor of the lemon lime. I have tried all of them and they r fine, just a taste pref. But the great thing is that it is truly hydrating. When I have walked 18 holes in 95 heat i tend to need a little something, and I am loathe to drink sports drinks with all the chemicals esp the nutrasweet which is so bad. Also if i need a sweet taste but don't want to indulge in dessert, this fills the bill without packing on calories. Great product. My doctor turned me on to it!

Nuun is pretty good stuff.
I feel more energized, warm up faster, and exercise harder with Nuun. I like the lemon-lime and orange ginger. Yes, it's kinda pricey IMO but it sure is convenient.
