Steel Locking Carabiner
When you have to be ready for anything and your life depends on your equipment this is what you need to be using. Granted this is not the lightest thing you can carry but it's ready for the heaviest load you can throw at it.

Workhorse
This biner is not light, but if your looking for a bombproof one this is it. Great to use if you don't have to haul your gear very far, or if you are in need of a high saftey factor.
