Very good gloves
I have had many pairs of gloves and now have found a pair that are warm for skiing (down in the mid 20 degree F) and yet very comfortable, not bulky and flexible. The big leather palm is durable yet soft. Overall a solid winner. I have tried to get these before and they sell out and I see why.
Nice
Well made glove, runs true to sizing. Bought them for backcounty skiing and the mid weight is just right. Easy on/off.
Great blend of dexterity and warmth for active use
I was looking for a cold weather glove (20f - subzero) that I could use when active. This glove has good dexterity yet enough insulation to keep my hands warm. I have used it when driving and active outside in the winter for several years now.
Fantastic Glove!
This is a great glove for someone who runs warm, or enjoys taking their turns in the backcountry. The glove has a nice medium weight wool liner that provides great insulation, but not too much that you lose dexterity. It may not be waterproof, but if you're not out in the soggy weather it will provide more than enough protection from the elements. I would recommend this glove for a wide range of activities outside.
Nice gloves, but ...
Ordered these as light ski gloves. The main reason - full leather wrap of the palm surface incl every finger (all previous the windstoppers are finished really fast with holes on fingers from the ski edges). So, after 3 months of local hill skiing (where is no lifts actually, so one has to grab his skis and walk uphill, with skis in his hands - pretty serious durability test for sure) - no issues with rips or something. Downsides: the leather part of the glove is not waterproofed at all. Yes it's very supple and soft (like my girlfriend's casual leather gloves I think), and it is good for dexterity. But once you've touched the wet snow - enough, your gloves are wet. So definitely have to be sno-sealed extensively right out the box.
