Outdoor Research Men's Revo Sweater

Super versatile & comfortable
Great with just a T-shirt for weather in the 40s to 50s and breathes really well. Outer wool is a bit scratchy but the inner polyester is smooth and soft. Similar to the Arc'teryx Citadel but the material is a bit thinner and with a better fit: medium in the Revo fits me perfectly (6 ft./180 lbs.).

Sharp-looking, warm sweater
My husband has literally worn this sweater every day since I gave him two for Christmas. It is not bulky, so he wears it in the house to keep warm, but also wears it to run errands. He is extremely particular about how clothing fits, looks and "wears", and this sweater is a hit in all three departments. He wanted one since he saw his son wearing one (30-ish) and he is 60+ so this seems appropriate for quite an age range. He washed and dried it (on low) with no adverse effects. It's a definite hit! I purchased the Revo sweater for my husband as a Xmas gift, so still waiting to see what he thinks, but I LOVE it. I purchased the Expresso color and it is very classy looking. A nice change from the usual black I find myself always buying. I have always found OR products to be high quality and long lasting. I purchased many pairs of the "Wild Rose" Yampa pants when they were available and they are my all time favorite pant. Wish they would bring it back!!! Thank you Altrec for great service.

Love this sweater!
I ordered 2 of these back in March and they have become one of my favorite sweaters over the last few months. I absolutely love the zippered pocket on the shoulder. I keep my ID, a credit card, and 3-4 hundred dollar bills in there which allows me to leave my wallet at home. Beyond that its extremely comfortable and it fits perfectly. Its not very thick which is a good thing as it allows you to comfortably wear it underneath fall and spring jackets with ease. While its not thick it is extremely warm. Wear a base layer underneath and you dont need a jacket unless it gets really chilly. Last but not least it looks fantastic. Very clean yet very sporty at the same time. I have had more compliments wearing these sweaters than I can even remember. Almost every time I wear them I have at least one person compliment me on them. On top of that I got them on sale for 50% off which wound up being less than 40 bucks each after using MS live cashback (Now Bing Cashback). Easily one of the best deals I have had all year. Just another outstanding piece of clothing from OR!!

Good quality, size larger than average
The blue color is great and it looks good. Would like a greater percent of wool in it though for this many $'s. Depending on the brand, I wear either L or XL (6', 215#). Ordered XL and am swimming in it. Intend to return for a large.
