This snow helmet meets and exceeds snowboarding and skiing safety standards and resists penetration thanks to the Aramid layer -- they insert this patent pending ballistic Anti Penetration Barrier (APB) between the shell and the foam during the in-mold process. Along with high-tech materials and design, this POC helmet is comfy. It has a turn ring adjustment system, an adjustable quick-release chin strap, removable earpads and a removable visor to keep the gnar out of your face. With closable vents up front, you have a continuous stream of fresh air flowing through to keep your head cool as you're threading trees, straight lining a couloir or hucking yourself off cliffs.
