She Loves It!!!
I purchased this dress for my wife for Christmas since we were traveling to Hawaii soon after. She is 5'3" and weighs 112 lbs. and the size Small fits her perfectly. The fabric is light and breathable, perfect for a semi-tropical environment like Hawaii. One of my wife's most important criteria in dresses is knee length, and this dress is not too short, coming in right at the knee. Like the description says, it can be worn easily from the beach to dinner. The A-shaped skirt cut flows nicely, and the bra shelf allows her to wear a strapless bra underneath. I had total confidence buying Prana, because she owns several Prana pieces already and she says that Prana clothing complements the female form.

california beach dress
Parana makes very cool summer dresses, the Sonja is no exception. I am 5'4'' & 133-137 lbs, size med works for me. I got the citron, a black white print with spash of lime, very crisp & fresh looking, pair this with wisper keen slides in nile color for a cute look. (I always get complements when I pair my sundress with matching keens) This is a cute/comfortable vacation dress for warmer climates, no need to iron- from day excursions to dinner, with sandals or flip flops the Sonja is an all around great dress, one you will be happy you brought along.

It's a perfect "in between" dress - can be dressed up a bit (I ordered in black for that reason ;) or just worn for a casual afternoon with friends. The front of the dress is plain, but the criss-crossing straps on the back make the dress stand out. The cut is nice, it hugs the curves without being too tight around hips or belly. I'm 5 ft 6'' and the dress hits right at the knee. I love the internal bra, but it's just a shelf bra, so might not be enough support for some. The fabric is very soft and has a smooth feel, but feels substantial enough at the same time (that was a nice surprise). Overall - a slightly dress-up and comfy at the same time summer dress, exactly what I was looking for :)
