Great Headlamp
This headlamp is durable and bright. It is also reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?
I honestly think this is one of the best headlamps out there!
I sea kayak and climb. This headlamp is so ridiculously durable. It survived a mega drop on to the rocks and did not explode open like my other headlight. Saltwater did not corrode a thing over a long sea kayaking trip. On alpine climbs it pierces the darkness with ease. I stay on the lower setting and when I need to pick tru crevasse fields I kick it on high. OMG this thing throw's light.
Holds long charge in cold weather
I am impressed with the infrequent nature of having to replace the batteries, they seem to last forever despite the headlamp constantly being cycled from 60F to 10F. It is also very bright. I have owned other headlamps, and the only tiff I have with this one is... if I am moving at a good clip the bobbling movement of my head causes the lamp to flip down instead of staying put at the adjustment I set it at. I had to rubber band it in place so it stopped flipping down. Not sure if other people have similar gripes. Other than that, its a really good headlamp.
