Nice fit, great value for my money
I have used the Pro-tec Full Cut Water Helmet yesterday. Water was freezing, but I was glad I have some industry-grade protection for my head. I know that when needed, Pro-tec will live up to its name. I have been a loyal Altrec customer for some years now. I had my first "big" order last October. Unfortunately, due to the number of items in my basket, an item was not shipped. If I have not emailed them asking for ways to prove this claim, I would have never received anything--no email or note-- nada. Their customer service was quick to respond, and said they will ship the missed item free of charge. I just hope this will never happen again. I just love shopping here.
