A quality boot, but be patient with the sizing.
These are among the nicest boots I've owned. They are very comfortable, soft inside and have excellent support. The soles are very grippy too. All in all, an excellent boot. I want to warn though, that the sizing seems wrong. I am on my third pair (sent the first one back and had to keep the second although it doesn't fit) and I think I've finally got it right. I wear size 11 in all shoes and boots till now. These Bhutans were too short in 11 so I exchanged then for 11.5, which still felt too small, but on close inspection and usage, seemed maybe to be too narrow. I accidentally tossed the packaging so I had to keep them. Now, I have size 12 (46) in the wide model, and I'm thinking I've got it right. Since you can't try them on, just buy them from Altrec (they make the process easy) and be prepared to exchange them if they don't fit... but do get them, they're worth the effort.
