Very disappointed
I bought these trail shoes partly based on the reputation of the Scarpa brand name. That reputation didn't serve me well at all. After only three months of use the inner fabric at the back of the heel on both shoes was starting to fall apart. I have never experienced this rapid wear on any shoes I have ever owned. I expected these shoes to last at least a few years. I primarily use the shoes for hiking (about twice a week), and also use them as my daily walking shoe. The material in the inside of the shoes is simply not holding up at all. Now it has been 6 months and I will clearly have to buy another pair of trail shoes next Spring. Although I would warn anyone away from purchasing these shoes, they are not without their good points. They are very comfortable, and always kept my feet dry. The exterior of the shoe is holding up well.
