Impressive Down Jacket
I just bought this jacket and was impressed with the quality. It's rip-stop eco-friendly outer-shell layer makes it very durable and can handle wind and element very well. What I like most is the detail. Interior Tricot chin guard makes you feel comfy. When you are using the hood with the cinch cord, it can goes up to your nose to block the element. Inside mesh pockets are available on both sides, they can keep your bottle water from freezing. It is also very warm to me. Cinch cord at the hem keeps the wind out as well. This is the second Sierra Design apparel I have so far. (Its wind breaker has lasted for more than 5 years and is still going strong!) It lives up to my expectation!

Napalm with a zipper
I have cycled through a bunch of jackets looking to replace the old fleece to include a few puff daddies for varying jobs. Got the flex down as sort of the ultimate camp jacket but I ended up in temps of under 10F with sustained 40mph winds and it did great. While I live in the desert I backpack and do recreation for a living and have cycled through some thermal layers. I wore this one with just this jacket and a wool base layer during much of my hiking and activity and well (frikin awesome). While I am still not sold on smaller puffies when I pack smaller this one has totally turned the tide for my respect for the design. I almost always wear (M) and I got size (M) and it was great and have room for more layers. The stretch keeps the hems right in place and never got a cold back when bending. I wear it in not so cold temps also and it is not like a sauna either like what happens to other jackets.
