Created with a lighter layer of insulation than most Spyder ski jackets, this Kitzbuhel Jacket features high-end Thinsulate Supreme in 60-gm. proportions through the torso and 100-gm. Thinsulate Flex insulation along the elbows. Excellent for slalom and giant slalom, the Kitzbuhel also offers core ventilation openings and a removable, fully-adjustable heavy weather hood that stows flat inside a zippered pocket in back of the jacket. Despite the comprehensive features, the Kitzbuhel has a tapered look that doesn't bulk up like some multipocket ski jackets. The four-way stretch polyester shell fabric is fully waterproof, breathable and holds up well over several 100-day ski seasons.
