Easy to use and clean.The Pre-Filter removes larger particles and silt and is designed for use with most wide-mouth 32 oz. water bottles.O-ring at the bottom of the base seals against the shoulder of the bottle to prevent contamination of threads and filtered drinking water.Two piece system comes apart for easy cleaning.Designed to pre-filter for the SteriPEN Purification system but will work with any system.
