Superfeet Green Insole

Designed primarily for footwear with a removable insole, Superfeet Performance Green Insole provides maximum support and shock absorption, and features an Agion antimicrobial top cover treatment to reduce bacteria and help prevent foot odor. Ideal for feet with medium to high arches, this foot support remains one of the most successful and sought-after sport insoles available today. The Perfomance Green is the only insole available with a rear-foot control point that helps control over-pronation, giving you less stress on your muscles and joints. This stabilization continues at the mid-foot for enhanced control and less muscle fatigue. The patented shape is easily trimmed to fit a wide range of footwear, although Superfeet recommends their Performance Green Insoles for looser-fitting hiking boots and running shoes.

  • Material: Closed-cell Trocellen™ foam design enhances comfort and absorbs shock
  • Provides maximum support, stability, balance and shock-absorbtion
  • Slight rocker bottom allows for some flex and foot roll
  • Deep heel pocket centers heel and improves control
  • Soft flange area accommodates soft tissue expansion as your feet swell while running or hiking over extended distances
  • Patented profile enhances support and balance while improving shock absorption
  • Contour shape developed from biomechanical principles of podiatric medicine
  • Ideal for feet with medium to high arches

Works Great
I've used Superfeet Insoles for a long time. They work much better (are more comfortable, and even a little warmer) than the insoles that come with shoes, boots, hockey skates, etc.

Superfeet are super!
I use these in all my shoes and boots. I own 4 pair, one for walking shoes, one for ski boots, one for winter hiking boots and one for running shoes. My ortho surgeon suggested them by name and my physical thera agrees. Rt knee no ACL and these keep me going!

Supportive for Pronation
These insoles support my fallen arches well. Being able to shape the insole is quite convenient and makes it work so much better. The cushioning is negligible. I recommend these for low or medium arches, although not for flat fleet.

Pain free, at last!
Just got done with my first run with the new insoles - absolutely incredible! I've been running for four years and I've never experienced such an absence of pain. It's really difficult for me to find appropriate footwear - I pretty severely supinate/under-pronate and have very high arches. This means the majority of impact is absorbed by a minimal area of my foot. The rest of my body feels it! Back pain, knee pain, hip pain... (I'm only 23. I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be this way.) Finally. These insoles. I started smiling from the moment I put them on my feet and never really stopped. My run was wonderful; I've never been so happy to just keep going. As time wore on, I realized I was having to actually *retrain* myself to stop compensating for the support that I wasn't getting before. As you might imagine, this gave my whole body permission to just RELAX. Normally after about 15 minutes I start to battle with pain, which truly wears down on your psyche when you're already trying to mentally push your body past its other limits. Instead, on this run, I was so far away from such burdens that I was able to actually space out and enjoy myself! In fact, all I could really think about the whole time were the things I was going to write in this review... (Trust me. There was a lot more. I could go on.) I'm elated about this investment. I'll surely get more mileage out of my running shoes and for much less money than buying a whole new pair. Cheesy as it sounds: I'm definitely a Superfeet superfan. :) I'll recommend these to anybody.

great for correcting flat feet/slight pronation
The last trip to the podiatrist taught me nothing was broken but the popping and pain in my knees needed to be corrected with orthotics. I also learned one of my legs is slightly shorter than the other, which causes more pronation in one foot than the other. Add flat feet on top of that, and long distance hiking does nothing but exacerbate the problem. It was recommended I go green (superfeet) in all my shoes. I was hard pressed to give up sandals and slides in the summers due to needing orthotics....so I used industrial grade velcro and they stay put! A year later my arches which were non-existent, now have some lift. My pronation has been reduced because my alignment (foot to hip) is corrected. I don't have popping and only minimal pain and inflammation in my knees after long treks up the mtns. Unfortunately I still need real orthotics, as now I have the issue of the balls of my feet aching on hikes above 10mi. I did try the purple premium superfeet (the ones with gel) but they did not help me. For most people, these can fix minor alignment issues and make your feet very happy. You can scrub them with a brush and sandal suds and get even more life out of them, they are very durable.
