Wouldn't hike without them!
I've bought those inserts last year when I started having some knee problems and they have been very helpful. I'm a Mountain hiker and snowshoer hiking over 4000' peaks so I need good support. They fit in all of my boots. I also use them on a daily basis and if I don't have them, I can tell the difference. There are various type but you can tell which one you need from the description.

Superfeet
I love Superfeet! I have tried several other brands but none gave the excellent support and comfort as with Superfeet. I am hooked. They are also very easy to remove and use in other shoes.

Great support and cushioning. Very Comfortable.
These are incredibly comfortable. I walk from 2 to 6 miles per day with my dog Iris. I have problem feet and have tried all types of insoles. So far, these are the best.

Very Comfortable!
These insoles help take the pressure off my knees! They were comfortable from the beginning, and my joints are significantly less sore after a hard days backpacking when I wear them!
