The Tropics
Living in Costa Rica on a dirt road has a tremendous effect on shoes. When my comfort and personality became "mas o menos" from walking constantly on the beach or the dirt road, Altrec sent me Teva Haloa sandals. "Pura Vida!" They are dressy enough to wear with a dress and these Teva's are the most comfortable sandals I have yet to wear. Sets of thin straps do the same thing wide straps do, except better, I have come to believe, because more sandal connects to the shape of my foot. I enjoy dancing and now I can dance confidently knowing my shoes will stay in place and look sharp. "Pronto" Altrec sent my shoes to a friend in the states, and she brought them to me in her luggage. I dance in style.
