Just like everything else from The North Face, this is honestly a solid cap - it's warm, high quality, and it fits perfectly (although you should probably aim on the higher side --> ie, I'm usually a M/L baseball cap, so I got a large).

Finally!
So after all these years I finally found a large skully that fits me like no other "One Size Fits All". Leave it to The North Face this cap rocks, fits so well I will get another. Thanks.

Great hat
This hat ended up being a much thicker fleece than I was expecting. Even wearing the hat in 50 degrees walking my head wasn't hot or sweaty. I am sure it will also keep me warm below freezing. It feels very soft and quite comfortable. I love it and highly recommend it.

Great toque
Not many toques come in large for people with big heads like mine. This Toque actually fits properly and doesn't look stretched when I wear it. May just need to buy another one in a different colour.

Great purchase
The Altrec beanie is absolutely wonderful. The large size fits me perfectly. The beanie is warm, lightweight and comfortable. I can wear glasses with it and the temples fit on my ears without pressing against my head. I can pull it down to cover my ears and the beanie is still large enough to fit. As an added bonus, when I got part of the beanie wet, I just wrung it out. The beanie retained it's shape and was still warm. The term"beanie" sounds like those hats worn by schoolboys, but this one clearly isn't. On the front of the beanie is THE NORTH FACE name and logo, showing that this hat is meant for people who are serious about their outdoor wear. Dealing with Altrec.com was also a pleasure. They shipped it on time and it arrived in good shape. We have some really bad weather in Texas right now, and I am sure glad I have this beanie.
