Decent and comfortable
I bought this glove hoping for supreme warmth without the bulk of a typical ski glove. I needed something that I could wear with my suit and overcoat. Though the gloves were stylish enough and very comfortable, they were not as warm as I had hoped. I bought these after visting The North Face store in Chicago and speaking with two of their sales floor reps. Both reps thought that the Red Point model was a very warm glove due to the PrimaLoft. Again, though warm - not as a warm as I had hoped.
Very comfy, pretty warm
These gloves are very nicely constructed from high-quality materials. The overall impression they make on you after wearing them a few times is of extreme comfort. They are very light and soft. They provide good dexterity. I think I'd worry about durability. I don't think they're intended for rough alpine usage. They are also not actually as warm as I hoped they'd be. They're fine for temps in the 30's (F), but probably not warm enough for temps much lower than that. I've also worn them inside a shell mitt. That worked very well for me. That adds some warmth on colder days and protects the gloves. Nice product overall...
