Not Practical
Very cute and very warm, however in a back-country/real-world setting it just doesn't work. The waist seam is way too tight and any movement causes the coat the ride up to your belly button, creating an uncomfortable and very cold draft. Even getting in and out of the car makes it ride up. If it was loser around the waist and a few inches longer it would be a great jacket. It fits true to size besides the waist being too short, and I personally have a short torso and really long legs, so that's saying something. North Face should concentrate on practicability more than style next time for this women's bomber.
