Great shoes!
I wouldn't expect anything less from North Face, but these shoes are great. I have a high arch which can easily start to hurt after 5+ miles of hiking, but not in these shoes. They fit great, contour to my feet well, and have an amazing grip. I definitely recommend!

Nice fitting, light weight, supportive shoe
I purchased two pairs of these shoes, one for myself and one for my daughter. We both have hard to fit feet and the Rucky's fit us both great! We speed walk through fields and woods and these shoes are perfect for our activity.

flexible flat foot - March 18 2009

love it
I got the Rucky Chucky for my 12 year old son who has a condition called "flexible flat feet" with heel/arch problems. He usually wears a men's narrow size 7, but the women's regular size 10 fits his long narrow foot. He says his new shoes are awesome because they were immediately comfortable, lightweight, rugged for all his outdoor activities, great-looking, and they don't make his feet too hot. He still has to wear an orthotic support inside the Rucky Chucky until his bones stop growing faster than his tendons and ligaments.

red running shoes are better than average
Was hoping the shoes would be a little more cushy in the ball-although better than average. However, love the cool feeling when the cool breeze blows through the air vents.
