The North Face Men's Horizon Peak Convertible Pant

Great in all climates and settings
My husband wore these every day on our spring break trip in Costa Rica with temps in the 90s. Just loved them. Now, he is wearing them to the office during a northern Michigan summer - lightweight bug protection with option for shorts while in the field. Our whole family wants a pair!

Great pair of NF pants. 99% of my pants are NF. Fit is perfect. Little side pocket fits sunglass case, too small for my wallet. But the left side zip pocket handle the bluge just fine. Never had I ever sat on my cash! Zip off shorts are great too when the time comes.

Best Pants
After giving up hiking/backpacking 15 yrs ago or so, I missed it enough to jump back in as a senior citizen, but needed to get re-equipped. I've used these pants on very steep, strenuous, bushy trails to paved rail-trails to sandy ocean beach, and overnight backpacking, and I am completely satisfied with them. They fit perfectly, are light weight, dry quickly, and are very functional. It's great to have the zip pocket for vehicle keys and not have to worry about them falling out. The zip off pant legs nicely accommodate changes in temps or bugs.

look expensive
these pants were purchased as a gift and were well received. they look very expensive and "almost" look like a dress pant. Fit is great and very comfortable.
