The North Face Men's Montana Mitts
Waterproof for the untracked powder and superbly reinforced for the cast-iron corduroy, The North Face Men's Montana Mitts have a waterproof and breathable HyVent insert wrapped in plenty of abrasion-resistant synthetic gripper reinforcement material on the outside. It's loaded with the same high-end features found on more expensive ski gloves and mitts (goggle wipes, nose wipes, and stash pocket for extra wipes) without sending your skiing, climbing and snowboarding budget into double-diamond difficulties. The overall glove construction has an articulated profile for enhanced hand mobility and the Heatshield insulation doesn't overly muffle your sense of dexterity.

Very comfortable mittens!
I usually wear gloves when skiing but my hands get so cold I have to stop often and take a break to warm up. This year I decided to try some mittens to see if it helped. I bought the North Face Montana mittens and my freezing hands problem has been solved. They are sized just right where you can wear them with or without liners. I would recommend this pair of mittens for style, comfort, fit and warmth.
Very Warm
I bought these mitts to use while skiing. I wore them without any sort of liners (other than the ones built into the mitts). The temperatures at the summit were in the teens, and, at times, these gloves were simply too warm. My hands would start sweating pretty good, to the point where I would have take these gloves off at the bottom of the mountain to cool off. When just walking around town, these proved to keep my hands nice and toasty. The built in ice scraper, hand warmer pockets (which can be opened to cool off a bit too), and the dual nose wipes are very nice additions, especially at this price point. Another annoyance was, when taking the gloves off, there is a tendency for the liners to get pulled out as well. The problem was trying to get the liners back into the glove, which takes a decent amount of time to do. Overall, I would still definitely recommend these. Everyone else I was with was wearing gloves, not mitts, and their hands were all cold, while mine were usually too warm.
