The North Face Women's Flight Apex ClimateBlock Full Zip
When your favorite running trails transform into muddy torrents, few technical soft shell jackets protect you as well as this Women's Flight Apex ClimateBlock Full Zip Jacket. It's made with TNF Apex ClimateBlock fabric, a water resistant and fully windproof material that helps wick moisture away from your skin. The North Face applied stretch elastane knit panels along the inner sleeves and sides of the Flight Apex ClimateBlock Full Zip Jacket, giving you an enhanced range of motion that is perfect for running, but also suitable for cycling, light hiking and roller skating. White contrast tape throughout the Flight Apex ClimateBlock Full Zip Jacket features reflective elements that potentially improve your evening visibility for passing motorists. While breathable, the tightly woven outer fabric is remarkably windproof. The durable exterior is offset by a soft-brushed interior that feels great against bare skin. You might find that the pocket configuration on the Women's Flight Apex ClimateBlock Full Zip Jacket is different from most active wear made by The North Face. At the back of the jacket you'll find a zippered pocket surrounded by reflective elements. It's still large enough to accommodate your spare change, debit cards, cellular phone and running gloves.

Great for running
This jacket is so nice, but you may want to wear a base layer wool or capilene top for temps under 30 degrees. I've ran quite a few miles in this jacket, and it has become a favorite. It fits close to the body. Excellent construction with features you will actually use (e.g., rear back pocket, cinch cord, high-quality zippers). The highly visible yet reflective logos and seam tape for safety are awesome! I'm 5'3" (almost 5'4"), 130 lbs and the M fits me nicely - but as I said earlier, it fits close to the body. You will feel good wearing it and look great as well!
