Reviews
goooooooooood.....
I hike over uneven ground including wetlands/wet areas for my work and these boots are perfect. They are light enough to wear both in the office and out in the field. My feet stay dry walking through wet grass and boggy areas but they are cool and breathable.
Quality Hiker
This is an excellent quality shoe as far as I can see. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my foot. The shoe has a fairly narrow front, a wide-ish heel, and not a lot of arch support. My foot has the opposite shape, so I have to return them. It's a shame, because I love the khaki/red color, great cushioning and durable look of them. Was very impressed with the quality.
Durable pair of shoes
I normally wear a size 5 in shoes but based on reviews I bought a these shoes 1/2 size bigger in case I want to wear thicker socks for long and cold hikes. It didn't long to break them in, I wore them around the house for 30 minutes and a week later took them to Grand canyon with me. Due to the heat I frequently ran under a water faucet to cool my core temperature down and within a couple minutes my sneakers were dry and my socks were never wet. After a long 7 hot hours i came out with only a baby blister on my toe probably due to thin socks. Definitely will wear it with my next hike.
