Awesome!
I LOVE this shirt! I use it for running and it has been my most comfortable shirt. It's great for those runs that start out damp and cold (because you can cover your hands with the thumbholes and long sleeves) and then when you get hot you are still comfy! Really, really great running shirt! Altrec is awesome as usual. One thing.. regular sunblock stained my white one orange??! Weird. You are warned.

Great running shirt
I love the feminine cut of this shirt. Nice lightweight fabric is excellent for running. Flat seams prevent chafing. I am 5'2", 125 lbs, 36A and medium fits well.

Excellent
This has become my new go-to hiking shirt. It is both comfortable and flattering. It makes a great base layer when the weather is a bit colder, or great as a stand alone when the weather is warmer.

I haven't received a product from North Face that I have been disappointed in. Very light weight. The shirt would be great as an underlayer and breathable for running.

Good workout or running/ jogging top. Nice color coordinates with other north face items. Nice style and design. Fits true to size. Logo is white. Good quality and great for the gym.
