If most down jackets seem a little overstuffed, you'll be totally down with this Women's Totally Down Jacket from The North Face. It's an amazingly well-designed, water-resistant ski and casual outerwear piece that doesn't feel too puffy or bloated. The Totally Down Jacket for women utilizes a petite quilt pattern that stops down shifting and cold spots, but this sewing technique also eliminates the overstuffed styling that you frequently encounter on winter jackets with larger baffle spaces. The HyVent shiny nylon is also remarkably breathable, so you won't soak up excess perspiration in the alpine sun quite as much as some insulated ski outerwear. The quilted hood is attached to the Totally Down Jacket, but you can dial in the fit with the single-cinch adjustments. Other nice features include a compact wrist accessory pocket, an internal media pocket for your cell phone or portable music player, and an intuitive adjustable hem system that allows you to seal out cold breezes and powder spindrift.

This was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves the jacket! It fits her small frame perfectly. She wears a small in almost everything and this jacket fits great even when she is layering. For a down jacket it is not too puffy and yet is very warm when snowshoeing and hiking during a Colorado winter.

my new puffy rocks!
This was a chrsitmas gift an I absolutely love the jacket! It has a fashnonable and fun cut. The mid hip legthis great for keeping warm while active. I wear a small in most things and this jacket fits great even with a two other layers. Great color!

Women's Totally Down Jacket
Fast reliable service through altrec.com! The product fits as described and my daughter is very pleased with the jacket. It should keep her comfortable when is moving to Germany later this year. There is plenty of storage with the jacket and it feels very smooth and soft. Since it is light as a feather, she will not have to carry additional weight with her. FIVE STARS
We have been looking for a light warm coat for hiking and/or camping trips for a whille now. We found a great deal on this jacket and couldnt be more happier. Its a great fit. I got the size small, being 5'1 and 110 pounds. i couldnt easily layer up with it. i pair it with my north face fleece jacket and stay extremley warm on a snowy day. i am very cold natured and anything below 55 is freezing to me. it is not to bulky to move around with & is still very warm. I love the cuffs around the wrists and around the neck. Its really adds to the warmth of the jacket. The small pockets are also a plus. it still fits a small pair of gloves or a phone. there is also a small pocket on the left sleeve that comes in handy. all in all- i love the coat. We also purchased a men's mountain hardware jacket and both are amazing. Great investment!!

I've had this jacket for about 2 weeks now and I am very happy with it. It is extremely warm without being bulky. The cuffs and collar add extra warmth by keeping out the wind. I love The North face products, but they are often too short for me, so I am happy with the longer length of this jacket. It fits true to size. The black is more like a charcoal color, but still very nice. Great buy!
