Thermarest Luxury Map Sleeping Pad
Relax on Therm-a-Rest's Luxury Map Sleeping Pad and make your base camp or car camping trip supremely comfortable. Utilizing digital pressure mapping technology to analyze a range of body types in varying sleep positions, the Luxury Map Pad identifies common areas of high and low pressure and creates a more even and comfortable sleep surface by varying the density of die-cut perforations (more to soften high pressure areas and fewer in low-pressure areas to maintain support). The wavy contoured surface reduces pressure points for a great night's sleep, while its added thickness and ultra-soft stretch-knit fabric increases warmth. This new Therm-a-Rest pad takes the most comfortable, self-inflating mattress to a higher level of luxury.

Comfy theramarest
Needed a new theramarest for Hood to Coast relay and Cascade Lakes relay. Decided to go with the plush bigger model. No regrets. Perfect for laying on ground for rest periods between legs during the day and night. Ordered the XL size so have enough room to move and stretch. Very happy with upgrade.
Great-Thermarest BaseCamp XL Sleeping Pad
Have had numerous pads and cots over 60 yrs of camping. None have ever come close to this one. Set up is a breeze. Open the valve, take off for awhile, close it and you're ready to go. Comfort of course is relative, but in my rating, sleeping on this one is close to a 10. Ease of use is about the same. Too heavy of course for anything but base, size shouldn't be a criteria. XL is great for average size users. For anyone who wants quality and comfort in a base pad, this is a no brainer. Price relative to competition is excellent.
An excellent sleeping mat!
The Luxury Map is the Cadillac of sleeping pads. You will not be sorry with this purchase it is so comfortable!
excellent sleep experience
At age 60, and with a couple of shoulder surgeries behind me, I was ready for a more cushy sleeping pad when I'm not backpacking with my ProLite. The Luxury Map does the job: comfortable, easy to use, and sturdy.
