Almost exactly what I want
When I travel for work, I take my small personal laptop in addition to my work laptop; both in the same bag are a heavy load. I purchased this pad for my Keen laptop bag because the original pads are laughable (although I love everything else about that bag). This pad distributes the weight and I don't feel that I'm either walking lopsided or that I'll end up with significant neck or back pain. It's almost perfect. But it does slide off my shoulder when I'm wearing my North Face puffy jacket. It just slides a little more slowly.
