Yakima Gunwale Brackets

Yakima Gunwale Brackets secure the gunwales of your canoe to prevent the boat from shifting, even at highway speeds. The rubberized mounts are low to the bar for easy loading, and can be used to secure a variety of cargo: plywood, ladders, rowboats, etc. Rounded edges for easy loading and unloading. Soft rubberized brackets hold firm and wont scratch. Set of four secures one canoe. Includes two 16' padded Heavy Duty Straps for tie down. Attach directly to round Yakima crossbars. Not compatible with square or factory crossbars.

Easy to install, easy to adjust
I needed something to keep my canoe from sliding around on my racks. These do the trick. They're a little pricey but worth in the long run.
