Top of the line boots!
I'm very impressed with these Zamberlans. I haven't, as yet, had a chance to hike any real distances with them but feel that they will be great and will fill a niche perfectly. I needed some good backpacking boots that will provide good support with heavy loads and will work well off trail on steep side-hill situations. I think I've found the perfect boots. These seem very sturdy yet they are relatively light (just over 4 lbs for men's size 11). The quality is top notch and I can see these lasting many years. I also really like the look of them. I would definitely recommend these Zamberlans - I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with them.
