Finally all I need is one goggle
This goggle is terrific with adjusting to differnt lights, you can actually see the lens change from clear to amber. I have been struggling all season with light and my goggles but struggle no more. In fact, I was able to see so well today that I was unaware that light was an issue until I heard from friends complaining about it. This is a must have for those who have sensitive eyes and trouble with depth perception. Yes, they are tight on the nose but I have heard from others that the foam gets compacted down for a tighter fit. After day one I have already noticed this.

Good looking goggles but tight around the nose
Out of the box, these goggles appear to well made. Having said that, I haven't worn them while actually riding and probably won't unless the nose area stretches a bit. The description of the goggles says its for small faces but buyers should note that the nose area is very tight and could pinch off your breathing if you have a nose like mine. I'll wear it around the house for a few days and see if the nose area relaxes, otherwise, this will be a return.

very good all around goggle
The lens quality on these is terrific and a function really well in all light condition. On the down side, they don't seem to transition quickly from bright sunlight to dark. Fit should work well for most people, though if you are particularly small like I am, they might be a little on the big side . All and all these are really nicely made goggle and worth the price.

Great Performance but Poor Design
This is the second pair of googles I purchased from altrec.com for my husband. He is an avid snowboarder. He wore them once this season to go snowboarding and immediately put them back in the box to return. The good news is they were very durable and the performance quality was great on the mountain. The bad news is they have a bad design. They pinched his nose the entire day and he couldn't breathe out of either nostril. I wouldn't recommend buying these googles for that reason.

a little apprehensive
This is actually my second pair of these goggles. The first pair cracked on the inside lense on the second day of use. Upon reading the manufacturers warranty I opted to contact altrec instead. The manufacturer states it could take over 3 weeks to get a new pair even though they were defective. The crash warranty only covers a percentage of the cost of new ones. Altrec, however, sent me a new pair in a few days. I have to say that my Oakley A-frames feel like they are constructed better. I do however like the photochromatic lenses, they seem to work well. The polarized lenses make everything very clear and give great depth perception. I have only worn them a few times since getting a new pair so I can't say that the quality is good and my first pair were a fluke. If you buy them and the same thing happens to you I would just return them for a different brand.
